I have lived the island life, born and raised in St. Ann, Jamaica, in the country where my family owned a farm. Cooking is a passion of our family, a way to show love and appreciation. Dinner was always a celebration of color and taste. When I moved to the United States, I brought my heritage and culture of love and home cooking with me.
